Returns Policy:

Please complete the contact form on our website to request a refund. 

Items must be returned & received by us within 21 days of signing for your order. Please only send your return via Royal Mail or Evri. 

Late returns will not be accepted. 

We do not cover the return postage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are sent using signed for/tracked delivery. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged returns. 

Sale items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable. 

The item must have the original tags attached, it must be unworn and have no marks/stains (make up, deodorant, fake tan, etc.)

No catches or damage on the item.
